This neighborhood is centered around two large hospitals, St. Luke’s and St. Joseph’s hospitals. Surrounding the hospitals are a number of single family homes and small apartment complexes. Recently, the area has been under significant residential and commercial construction, and is growing at a substantial rate to fit new demands. The neighborhood is also very close to the massive City Park, the largest park in Denver and home to free concerts during the hot summer months. Other than traditional park amenities, Denver’s City Park also houses the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Science and Nature.
